How long my order gets to me?

All our products are made to order. Items from the shop will usually be delivered to you within 3-4 weeks. Bespoke orders can take longer (up to 12 weeks) depending on the complexity of the piece.

How do I know my size?

All our rings are sized using UK standard ring sizing. If you are unsure of your ring size, most jewellers will be able to measure your ring size for free, and you can find converters for international ring sizes online. Please check your size is correct before buying as all pieces are made to order and some are unable to be resized after purchase. Please refer to individual product listing for bracelet and necklace lengths - these are measured to the maximum circumference the clasp allows.

Do you take bespoke orders?

How do I take care of my Xander Buckley jewellery?

Our pieces are made from the highest quality materials and with the correct care, should last a lifetime. We recommend that you don’t wear your jewellery while doing any of the following:

• Sleeping

• Cleaning

• Applying perfumes or lotions

• Undertaking physical activity

• Bathing or swimming

We recommend you store your jewellery in the box or bag it came in, away from sunlight and humidity. If your piece does start to tarnish or show signs of wear and tear, we offer a free cleaning and polishing service - just contact us for further details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All our products have a 12-month warranty under normal conditions of wear and tear. In the unlikely event your jewellery does need repairing during this time, please fill out our contact form and provide proof of purchase or your order number. Please note repairs are completely at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse repair requests if we feel the damage has been caused by improper use.
