Shipping & Returns Information

UK shipping

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All items are made to order so please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping.

International shipping

Items on our shop are not currently eligible for international shipping, however we can work with international customers on bespoke orders. Shipping on these orders will be calculated as part of the custom order process.

Returns and Exchanges

Solid gold jewellery and bespoke pieces cannot be returned due to the time and costs involved in making them. Earrings also cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. For all other jewellery, please use our contact form to get in touch within 30 days of purchase if you require a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging and condition. Please note that the cost and return of items is the responsibility of the customer.
